Our white Field Blend 2021 was made from a single vineyard planted in 1993 in our Quinta do Laranjal. This vineyard is planted in the old style, with the grape varieties all mixed up. The proportion represent the intended final blend. A true Dão pearl!

As uvas foram colhidas manualmente, seguindo um rigoroso processo de escolha. Este vinho surge de um blend de várias castas de uma única parcela de vinha. Uma abordagem minimalista na adega onde foi realizada prensagem direta das uvas, fermentação controlada e um estágio de 7 meses sobre borras finas.
Tasting record
Color: Yellow.
Aroma: Floral aroma with citric and pit fruits, especially orange blossom, lemon, and peach, with a mineral touch for added complexity.
Taste: The wine appears dry with natural acidity, which gives it good intensity and harmonizes its alcohol volume. Noteworthy are the notes of citrus fruit and tropical fruit, with grapefruit and a soft touch of green pineapple coming to the fore during the tasting.
When to drink: The wine is ready to be enjoyed, but it also has a great potential for bottle aging.
