2020 proved to be a great year for red wines, with healthy and balanced grades. The grapes were manually picked and carefully selected. This wine is made from five grape varieties, with a minimalist approach during winemaking, which consisted of the combined fermentation of the grapes in a granite lagar. This resulted in a balanced and complex blend. Aging was done in a stainless steel tank for 18 months.
Color: Rubi red
Smell: Berries, namely blackberry and gooseberry, with a vague touch of cedar, resulting in an intense and complex aroma.
Taste: We witness notes of red fruit, such as blueberry and raspberry, and light nuances of spices. The wine has soft and well-integrated tannins, where its persistent natural acidity provides a long and persistent aftertaste.
When to drink: The wine is ready to be enjoyed, but it also has a great potential for bottle aging.
