Triplamente medalhado, o nosso Field Blend Branco é feito a partir de uma das nossa vinhas na Quinta do Laranjal, plantada em 1993 por um mestre de vinhas ainda do tempo do nosso avô. Essa vinha está plantada em estilo antigo, com as castas misturadas no terreno, mas com proporções que representam a mistura final desejada para o vinho. Uma autêntica pérola do Dão!

Harvest record
2020 proved to be a great year especially for whites, with well balanced and healthy grapes. This wine is a field blend from a single vineyard. The grapes were manually picked and carefully selected. Minimalistic approach in the winery consisting of direct press of the grapes, controlled fermentation, and 8 month aging.
Tasting record
Color: Yellow with streaks of green
Aroma: Lemon and other citric fruits, green tropical fruits, and a slight smell of chamomile.
Taste: The wine unfolds in layers of green fruit with nuances of pit fruit, combined with a mineral touch. Its high natural acidity provides good intensity, harmonized by its alcohol volume, allowing a perfect sensorial balance.
When to drink: The wine is ready to be enjoyed, but it also has a great potential for bottle aging.
